At Union City Football Club, we see soccer not only as a sport but as a commitment to social responsibility. Our mission is to create opportunities for young people — regardless of their background, social factors, or life circumstances — and to provide them with an environment where talent and hard work truly define success.

Through our “Equal Talent Program”, we specifically support talented players from underrepresented or socially disadvantaged communities who possess outstanding potential but might otherwise be overlooked.

Each year, our club awards 10 fully funded spots for players aged 10 to 18, with two scholarships per age group, allowing them to develop both athletically and personally under the same professional conditions as every other athlete.

In addition, we invite companies, organizations, and individuals to contribute through donations or targeted sponsorships, which directly support young players and their families. All funds are allocated exclusively to ensure equal opportunities and to strengthen football’s role as a unifying and empowering force within society.
